Do I get my own seat or a shared table?+
Every booking is for a specific numbered cabin. You choose the seat on the map and it is yours for that window.
Can I cancel or change my booking?+
Yes. Cancel or extend any upcoming booking from your dashboard; the change is instant and the seat is freed or added.
How do I pay?+
Pay at the desk when you arrive, or online once UPI is connected. Nothing is marked paid until the library receives it.
How are studying hours tracked?+
Your booking QR is scanned at the desk on arrival and again when you leave, so hours come from real timestamps — not from the booking estimate.
How do reward points work?+
Points are credited when you check out, based on the hours you actually studied. The library sets the rate in the admin settings.
